Aluminium titanate Sprue bush is also known as insulating sleeve. It is a part on the low pressure casting machine for a-lloy wheel and other similar casting. Sprue bush is used to form low pressure runner. Aluminium titanate sprue bush has good corrosion resistance, strengh, airtightness and thermal shock resistance. The aluminum titanate has higher melting point(1860°C±10°C),lower thermal expansion coefficient(RT—1000°C,α<2.0×10-6/°C) and excellent heat-shock resistance.Besides,the aluminum titanate don’t infiltrate with the metal melt(especially the non-ferrous metals) and glass melt.Therefore aluminum titanate can be widely used in the conditions of high-temperature resistance,heat-shock resistance and corrision resistance.
